Southwick Community Preservation Committee unanimously approves updated FY2027 budget and warrant articles. The committee approved the annual budget, alum treatment warrant article, and funding adjustment warrant article after consultation with Community Preservation Coalition Executive Director Stuart Saginor and the town accountant. Vice-Chairperson Dennis Clark directed Coordinator Sabrina Pooler to send outreach letters to the Housing Authority and other entities about Community Preservation Act affordable housing funding, noting insufficient project applications from the Housing Authority.

The 74 College Highway Conservation Restriction, submitted to the state, has been assigned a case number pending further review.
