Economic Development Commission advances social media proposal, outlines FY27 budget

Southwick Economic Development Commission approves social media proposal process. The commission voted unanimously to authorize member Serena Fuller to develop a formal proposal with Little Dog Social Media, a 30-person Cumberland, Maryland firm, for weekly municipal social media management at approximately 80 dollars monthly. The commission also outlined fiscal year 2027 budget priorities: roughly 1,000 dollars for an expanded Southwick in Bloom beautification program and at least 1,000 dollars for a planned Small Business Forum featuring local entrepreneurs and outside service agencies.
