The committee voted to approve an end-of-year transfer for the Assessor's Personal Property Appraisal Contract, with Acting Vice Chair Paul Connolly and committee members Sheri Knowlton and Albert Rusilowicz voting in favor and David Methe abstaining. The committee also unanimously authorized Connolly to sign reserve fund transfers for fiscal year 2026.
