Southwick Finance Committee approves $44K in emergency transfers and backs town meeting warrant. The committee unanimously approved three reserve fund transfers totaling $44,340: $7,500 for street lighting electricity, $9,000 for public safety building fuel, and $27,840 for public safety building electricity costs.
