Finance Committee approves six capital projects totaling $90,550

Southwick Finance Committee unanimously approves $90,550 in capital spending for six projects. The committee backed Street Acceptance ($20,000), Handicap Accessibility ($2,850), Canal Brook Beaver Dam and Log Removal ($5,700), Accounting Copier Replacement ($7,000), and Grinder Pump Repairs reduced to $40,000. A New PCs, Laptops and Docking Stations request for $15,000 passed 4-1, with Karen Demaio opposed.
The committee unanimously endorsed a joint letter from the Finance Committee and Select Board to the Tri-County Regional School District.
