Housing Authority unanimously approves financial reports

Southwick Housing Authority approves financial statements and prepares for States Road feasibility study. The Authority unanimously accepted its first-quarter financial statements, including the Treasurer's Report, Consolidated Expenditure Report, and Quarterly Operating Statements for all programs (400-1, 689, and Modernization) through March 31, 2026. Managing Agent Daniel J.
Kelly reported that Bradley Architects and SK Design have begun preliminary feasibility work on the property at 2 States Road in collaboration with town and Authority officials. The board is awaiting guidance from Building and Health Departments on handling a tenant vacancy at 76 Summer Drive following a relocation to Depot Court.
