Southwick master plan committee approves eight action item completions for ratification. The Master Plan Implementation Committee unanimously approved forwarding eight completed action items to the Planning Board and Select Board for ratification, spanning facilities management, housing, transportation, economic development, and open space initiatives. Committee Chair Norm Cheever presided, with Planning Board member Dave Spina moving approval of all items and Select Board member Diane Gale seconding.
The committee also unanimously adopted a revised Action Item Modification Document procedure allowing unforeseen circumstances to justify extending completion deadlines.
