SOUTHWICK — Planning Board approves wireless tower special permit at 20 Juniper Road and minor ADA walkway modification at Feeding Hills Road restaurant. Chair Jessica Thornton and members Diane Juzba, Marcus Phelps, Jason Grunwald, and Associate Member Giovanni Allsop (Vice-Chair David Spina absent) waived the balloon test and setback requirements for the 20 Juniper Road tower with Ms. Juzba abstaining on all three motions.
The Board continued the 6 South Loomis Street estate lot modification and the 141 Congamond Road 40-slip marina conversion to future meetings pending engineer review and applicant response.
