SOUTHWICK — Planning Board approves five permits for Crepes Tea House gazebo structure. The board unanimously granted a Special Permit, Site Plan Approval, Wellhead Protection District Special Permit, Nonconforming Use Special Permit, and Flood Hazard and Wetlands District Special Permit for the 157 Feeding Hills Road project, contingent on terms in the written decision. The Conservation Commission requested trash receptacle relocation and will meet with the applicant to discuss ADA-compliant ramp access.

An abutter expressed opposition. In other votes, the board unanimously transferred MPIC Action Item 2.6 to the Board of Assessors and voted not to pursue the Right of First Refusal for 177 Klaus Anderson Road.
