SOUTHWICK — Planning Board approves $296,148 solar decommissioning bond and extends restaurant outdoor cooking permit. Chair Jessica Thornton guided the board through unanimous approval of the Lodestar Energy Southwick Solar Project Decommissioning Plan dated January 19, 2026. Applicant Arturas Ribinskas of Crepes Tea House at 157 Feeding Hills Road sought extension of an expired outdoor cooking permit and possible expansion to two days weekly; the board voted unanimously to extend until June 1, 2026, restricted to one day per weekend from Friday to Sunday, citing past violations and health director requirements for expanded operations.
The board also unanimously approved special permits and site plan approval for a new single-family home at 32 Sheep Pasture Road.
