SOUTHWICK — Planning Board re-elects Thornton Chair; Spina named Vice Chair and assigned to two committees. At its May 26 reorganization meeting, the board unanimously re-elected Jessica Thornton as Chair and David Spina as Vice Chair, both with self-abstentions. Applicant Kenneth Eggleston withdrew his request to convert 40 marina rental slips at 141 Congamond Road after receiving his liquor license that day.
A modified estate lot proposal for 6 South Loomis Street reducing five lots to four was continued to June 16 pending Board review of a bioretention basin maintenance agreement. The Board approved a one-day-per-week outdoor cooking extension at Crepes Tea House through December 1, with Diane Juzba abstaining.
