Southwick Select Board rejects Right of First Refusal on Klaus Anderson Road property. Chair Doug Moglin and Vice-Chair Russ Anderson voted 2-0 to decline the town's Right of First Refusal, following unanimous votes against the option from the Agricultural Commission, Planning Board, and Zoning Board of Appeals. The vote allows a pending private sale to proceed.
The board also approved prior meeting minutes, acknowledged a $328,018.95 payables warrant, and tabled discussions on department head contracts and a North Lake Avenue Phase II Water Main Extension project pending action by other commissions.
