Conservation Commission · Meeting of March 16, 2026
Southwick Conservation Commission addresses wetland violation with friendly enforcement. The Commission voted 6-1 to pursue friendly enforcement for a measurement error at 292 North Loomis Street, with property owner Anthony Dorsey proposing corrective grading, loaming, seeding, and rock-wall installation; Commissioner Christopher Pratt abstained. In related business, the Commission unanimously recommended that Town CAO Nicole Parker and the Select Board review a Chapter 61 removal notice for 17 acres at 177 Klaus Anderson Road, determining the town had no interest in purchase.
