Planning Board Approves Modified Estate Lot Project at South Loomis Street
Planning Board · Meeting of June 16, 2026
SOUTHWICK — Planning Board grants special permits for modified estate lot development at South Loomis Street. The Board unanimously approved Vladimir Vilkhovy's project, reducing the original five-lot proposal to two estate lots with underground utilities; Mike Bowling of R. Levesque Associates represented the applicant.
The Board also endorsed an Accessory Dwelling Unit site plan for 1 Falcon Crest and an ANR plan for 177 Klaus Anderson Road, but declined to endorse a land-swap ANR at 93 and 95 Sheep Pasture Road due to accessory building and frontage concerns. Diane Juzba announced her immediate resignation from the Planning Board.
