Southwick Planning Board appoints Giovanni Allsop as full member in swift unanimous vote. Giovanni Allsop, who has served as an associate member for the past year, was appointed to full Planning Board membership during a joint Planning Board and Select Board meeting held as a hybrid session. Planning Board Chair Jessica Thornton moved the appointment, seconded by Randy Brown, with both boards voting unanimously.
