Southwick Board of Assessors reorganizes leadership while approving routine property tax warrants. William Brown was elected Chair, John Cain Vice Chair, and Dean J. Horacek Clerk.
The board, meeting with two members present, approved the June posted abatement report and multiple warrant and commitment documents totaling $6,816 in Federal Employer ID payments, plus rollback taxes for Klaus Anderson, Motor Vehicle commitment number 3, and a Southwick Housing Authority PILOT payment. The board then adjourned into executive session to discuss confidential assessment matters without reconvening in open session.
