Southwick assessors approve multiple warrants, betterments, and liens at Monday meeting. The Board of Assessors approved routine administrative items, including Motor Vehicle commitment number four, an Agricultural lien for 84 South Loomis, and Amended Sewer Betterment Warrants and Commitments for properties at 17 Bonnie View and 16 Grandview. Director of Assessment Randall Austin reported staff are processing Chapter Land applications due December 1 and Statutory exemption applications due April 1.
