Southwick assessors approve routine tax warrants and commitments. The Board of Assessors unanimously approved eight motions at its August meeting, including the Motor Vehicle commitment number four; an Agricultural lien for 84 South Loomis; and Amended Sewer Betterment Warrants and Commitments for properties on Bonnie View, Grandview, and Iroquois. The board also approved the July posted abatement report and accepted minutes from prior meetings.

Director of Assessment Randall Austin updated the board on staff progress on Chapter Land applications due December 1 and Statutory exemption applications due April 1.
